SALTBLAST began with a simple observation: electrolyte capsules were easier and more practical for our founder than repeatedly buying sugary sports drinks around workouts, cardio, sauna, and steam-room sessions.

Today, SALTBLAST is an independent Canadian editorial platform comparing electrolyte capsules, powders, tablets, and chews. We clearly distinguish first-hand testing from label-based research.

Our long-term goal is to learn from products, labels, and readers before developing an original SALTBLAST electrolyte product.
