Personally tested
Why our founder uses SaltStick
Our founder takes SaltStick Capsules before and after workouts and around cardio, sauna, and steam-room sessions. He reports perceived benefits for pumps and recovery and values the no-sugar, no-mixing convenience. That is personal experience, not a clinical claim, and LMNT has not yet been personally tested by SALTBLAST.
The decisive difference
215 mg vs 1,000 mg sodium
Based on current manufacturer labels, one LMNT stick lists substantially more sodium than one SaltStick capsule. That does not make either universally better. Sweat rate, diet, session length, health, and the number of capsules used all change the comparison.
Which format fits you?
SaltStick may fit if you want something unflavoured, pocketable, and easy to take with plain water. LMNT may fit if you prefer drinking your electrolytes, want a flavoured option, and deliberately want its listed sodium level.
Check the current package and follow its directions. Anyone managing blood pressure, kidney or heart conditions, medication, or sodium restrictions should ask a qualified clinician before changing electrolyte intake.
